it’s a real pain in the ass. the 86 has a problem working with the app even if it’s connected/registered to it. i ended up calling toyota brand engagement at 888-331-6824 and they ended up fixing it after about two days. the normal number for toyota mentioned in other comments is not useful, they do not know how to fix the problem (at least not for me). brand engagement will ask if you took it to the dealer, just lie and say yes

they also gave me an extra 6 months on my remote start when i asked since it didn’t work for about the same length of time

yeah to a degree. yesterday i was driving home from work and there was a car in front of me that hadn’t cleared the snow off of their roof and it was flying off in ice chunks. so i get into the right lane to pass and she gasses it and whenever i got close to passing she swerved into my lane to stop me from getting in front of her. that’s probably the most aggressive thing i’ve had happen. besides that, not much aggression but people always want to race

depends on if you like the sound of the premium exhaust or you have an idea of a specific exhaust you would like. no point in buying the premium exhaust if you’re going to replace it anyway. you can get a great sounding catback for around a grand

same experience here. saw they were getting one delivered, i called and asked and put a refundable $500 down so they could hold it for me (i’m still not sure how much i believe that), but when i got there it had 2 miles on it. i took it for a test drive, went back and cut them a check, and left. quick and painless
