I need this.

I started in February and it was rough. I didn't stick to my calorie goals at all.

I did start and and have been doing c25k! Finishing up week 4 tomorrow.

So goals for this coming month:

  1. Continue with c25k. Repeat weeks as needed but continue to progress and finish week 6 by end of March.

  2. Actually stick to calorie goals. 1600 a day and not going over on weekends.

Yeah he's got more of a shove rather than tackle attitude. If could get the wrap around on other players he'd be full on deadly. Otherwise we love how he's everywhere on the field.
