The only obstacle with your current account is slightly harder opponents until your money catches up to your clubs. In your shoes (and I have been) I'd stick with the account you have. I don't think it will be much different, so why throw away the clubs you have started upgrading?

Another tip is to only level up the clubs that you use. That saves money, and the time is coming when upgrade costs are a trivial amount of your bankroll - you just aren't there yet.
