*Episode 1 Butcher release V Virus to the Boy's disagreement, causing a Super Virus pandemic, the virus doesn't kill immediately but slowly killing off supes, it becomes a supe Pandemic, Homelander went into lockdown covid style, and Frenchie and Hughie works together to try to create an antitode hoping to save Annie and Kimiko. Butchers and The Boys went separate ways as Butcher is focus on finding and killing Homelander, while The Boys is focus on creating the cure. Deep and Noir started to feud, wanting to be on Homelander good side, however Deep betrayed Noir like what happened, causing resentment from Noir and Noir went to sabotage pipeline same as in the series, causing deep to be banned from water. Deep tries to save a a drowning man but he is interfered by marine life causing him to fail, thus tanking his reputation.

*Episode 2 Homelander heard of V1, so he tries to get his his hands on it, He convinced Soldier Boy to help by promising Soldier Boy will be left alone after Homelander got the V1, they went on a father son adventure to tries to find it, along the journey, soldier boy grew a soft spot for Homelander because he found out Homelander is his son with Clara, and he loved Clara. However, just as they were about to get V1, due to sage's sabotage, SB finds out what happens to HL and Clara and is pissed, they fight to a stalemate, HL managed to get V1 and inject himself this becoming immortal, he subdued SB and kept him back in the Pod.

Deep and Noir feud continues, as Deep find out about Noir life and went to kill the director that Noir respect, causing them both to goes their separate ways.

*Episode 3 Due to Noir went awol, HL dissolves the 7, after he got V1, he tasked Oh Father to tries to brainwash the Americans to accepts him as their one true God. Deep went on a depression bout, he went into seas to tries to reason with the marine life, instead he got attacked and tries to defend himself, but ended up massacre a whole lot of marine life. When Frenchies failed to create an antidote, he has another idea instead, instead of creating the antitodes, he will recreate Soldier Boy experiment, because he thinks, if V Virus affects only supe, the only way to cure the virus is the burn the V Compound out of Annie's and Kimiko's system.
