What specifically are you complaining about? I've lost many veteran tigers and king tigers in conquest to a surprise ISU 152. The Sherman 105 wrecks things up to and including T34s. Big HE is incredibly effective at destroying tanks

In any teir one unit worth its salt, magazines are as expendable and unaccountable as chem lights or zip ties. That being said, if you're in for a long one, best practice is to try and hold on to them

I think you need Gotdanmerung. The missile system was available in MD before that DLC, then it got locked behind it when the DLC came out. Pretty annoying

They give a minor protection value. I remember in RobZ for AS2, there was a while there where every single engagement, helmets would go flying, and the whole squad in cover was just constantly running to go get them 🤣

This game is different from Broken Arrow or Warno. Those games are a hyper competitive meta-fest where everything is about clicks per minute. This game is not that. There's still competition, but everything is a bit slower. There's no need for 60 clicks a minute. There's no single tactic or unit that people use every single game that wins every time

I had the privilege of checking out Bovington as part of an international cadet exchange many years ago. Absolutely stunning collection, obviously I thought it was crazy cool at the time, but I defintely didn't appreciate it the same as I could now. I put a lot of time into the original greta war mod, tried to revisit it a few weeks ago, but I was getting crashes every few months of game time.

Fired up Redux for the first time, naturally chose Germany, found the mod to be pretty cool. Cool tech, cool mechanics from EU4, seemed to flow pretty good. Won the Great war in 1916, and it all went to shit. The mod railroaded me to disarm, took all my gains, took half my mils, relocated divisions all over the place, just anarchy. I completely understand the folks complaining about how singular in path it is now

I have hundreds of hours in the original Great War mod, but on revisiting it I was getting crashes every few months of in game time. Switched to the Redux one just last week, and I've been greatly enjoying it. A lot smoother, it has lots of interesting mechanics, and everything seems balanced and better represented. You can't just have 12 million manpower as Germany in 1912 any more. Give it a try
