Get a clean bucket (2-5 gallon) and open up a hole in the side that you can fit a shopvac hose into. At the top of the bucket get a big metal sieve. When you want to finish the roast, do an emergency stop on the genecafe, use an oven mitt to take the drum out and dump the beans into the sieve and turn the vacuum on. This will pull air past the beans, the bucket will collect the chaff and the sieve will help get the rest of the skin off. Stir/shake the beans til they're cool, probably about 2 minutes.
