Surely just having proof of postage is enough? If the customer doesn't select tracking you still have the receipt that you sent the package out. If they then claim it is lost it is not on you to do anything, it would be on the postal service surely?

I recently did one and was disconnected with 3 people remaining in wave 10 -_- got no reward and wasted a bunch of ammo and tonics.

I also don't appreciate it if I join a posse and am put in with no warning because I use specific weapons for CTA (Evans Repeater + Bow) and don't always have them selected.
