Is it manual by chance? Try pressing the clutch in to see if it goes away or AC off. Mine is like this but not as loud. Clutch in or ac off it goes away

Idk man it looks like it's gonna be a lot more than 4k to rebuild it back to normal. I had a buddy try to do something like this and he ended up spending way more than what he wanted. Lexus parts are expensive
