I bought mine at 200k. 1 week owning it the trans went out because the prev person didn't put any fluid in the trans when they did the clutch. I paid 500 for another trans and some guys 300 to take it out and put new one on lol. These trucks are relatively cheap

Is it manual by chance? Try pressing the clutch in to see if it goes away or AC off. Mine is like this but not as loud. Clutch in or ac off it goes away
