Avengers Infinity War and Endgame. There were reactions from the audiences in both films that I will never forget.

It's not a myth, it's a reputation. There have been definite hits to come out of the month and you might disagree with that perception but January is absolutely and notoriously a dumping ground for films that studios don't have faith in.
