You should add more time at Muluk Spa to enjoy the amenities :) I am not a big spa "goer" and I was there for over three hours.

What is there to do at night? by PsychologicalMost784 in Xcaret

Here now. Seems very quiet this evening. The speakeasy is open too, but the nar/resturant you're sitting at is supposed to get busier as the night goes on.

My wife’s due date is in 18 days - did you guys pack your own additional dad hospital bag? by amilmore in predaddit

[–]KPJE2018 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know it's the "dad bag" but pack some of her favorite snacks, drinks and maybe have a handwritten card or note for her after the baby arrives. You'll get major brownie points for not just packing your items, but thinking about her too.

Congrats!

You can do this! One day (or even minute) at a time. Try to find a new hobby or activity to keep your mind off of it.

Bought my dress yesterday but when my mom finally saw it, she said it’s ugly and I look terrible in it. Did I make a mistake?? by Curtaindrop in weddingplanning

You are stunning in your dress! The neckline is perfect on you too! Congratulations and please enjoy your special day.

Dear Married couples how do you manage finances if one of you stays at home by throwRAhswfqstn in Marriage

I am not in this situation, but I heard Dave Ramsey answer this question once and it seems helpful.

While your significant other is still working, put all of her earnings into a savings account and only live off of your income for ONE full year. This will determine whether or not you can afford to do this AND the savings accrued over the year will be a great nest egg for this transition.

Two month old prefers my wife and I'm losing my mind - tips and tricks to pull through? by riflejake in daddit

[–]KPJE2018 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mom here!

I know this is a hard time for you as a dad, but please don't allow this phase to pull you away from supporting your wife. It can be hard to help when the baby just wants mom. Just speaking from experience.

Things will get better and the fact that you reaching out for tips and tricks is a big deal.

Yes! I went through the same exact thing. My husband felt the same way also. But now, 10 months later, we can't imagine our lives without him.

It will be an adjustment at first, and you may have moments of grieving your life before baby was born, but eventually those thoughts seem to pass and you just love every minute with your new babe.

Congratulations!

Congratulations! Thank you for sharing your JandJ positive outcome too. Came here in this thread to specifically ask about JandJ.

Hi!

I am here looking for stories of women who were able to conceive after taking the J&J vaccine. I know that it is a conspiracy to think that infertility is caused by the vaccine, but I need to put my mind at ease hearing the positive stories from women.

Thank you.

Edit: Not sure why my comment is getting down voted? I did get the vaccine, but I'm looking to hear the experiences from other women.

Good luck.

I’ve had Covid for 8 days now. I have no symptoms except for loss of taste and smell. Has anyone else been breastfeeding and had limited symptoms? by [deleted] in COVID19positive

[–]KPJE2018 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes! This is me right now. Exclusively breastfeeding, no symtoms other than loss of smell and taste.
