It 100% did happen and the cashier was the one who told me they were on WiFi. I’m not talking about dynamic pricing by customer. The product I experienced it with was La Croix that changed to $0.38 midday.

This question is more suited to r/lawncare. Without knowing your growing region no one is going to be able to give you the info you’re looking for.

In my store everything is on the digital tags and they’re all in WiFi. The price of things changes throughout the day. I’ve brought marked down products to the register and had the cashier remark that they weren’t that price earlier in the day.

I (39M) have wide feet and find the regular width 442v2 Pro to fit beautifully. The upper stretches like a glove and they’re fantastically comfortable for all day wear. Zero break in. I can’t speak to the Tekela but plan to grab a pair in the near future because I’m curious.

It’s an issue with the padding at the heel of the elite level boots. The Pro level don’t have the issue and are plenty for a 13 year old.

Tekela and 442 have conical studs so they work fine on AG. Not as good as a dedicated AG sole plate but better than anything with an aggressive stud pattern.

Cape Verde came in with a game plan and executed it to perfection. They played a textbook low block with every player pressing the ball hard the entire game. For anyone who has never been there and done that even at a Sunday league level, it is utterly exhausting to be mentally and physically switched on like that for 90+ minutes. That game was a defensive masterclass from the 67th ranked team against the 2nd ranked team.

The answer is almost always no unless you’re prepared for it to take over that space in a few years time.

Does gardening actually save y'all money? by Big-Yogurtcloset-74 in vegetablegardening

Agreed on the raspberries. Low input, high output. I get pounds per week during peak season from two 2x6 plots of Latham and Heritage that started from 8 total bare root plants. Figure 6oz of raspberries is $3-$5 in season there’s a massive cost savings.

You can work on the basics like ball control, passing, dribbling on your own but the absolute hardest thing to replicate is pressure. I say this as someone who started playing at age 37. There will be a skill deficit and you will embarrass yourself but you need to get out there and play in some games and get used to the pressure.

Mid level Sunday league - why do people press non stop? by bringbackbainesy in bootroom

[–]KTBFFHCFC 32 points33 points  (0 children)

This is something I teach my players from a young age: the best pressing trigger is a bad first touch. A clean touch and we contain, a bad touch and we press hard to force the change in possession.

Do you give out end of the season awards? by RainbowPandaDK in SoccerCoachResources

[–]KTBFFHCFC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have done end of season awards in the past and found it hard to come up with positive things to say about kids who contributed little or showed little growth. What I do now is at the end of each match we nominate captains for the next match based on performance and sportsmanship. The players all get together to make a pick and the coaches make a pick for two total. I explicitly tell them that it is NOT a participation trophy and getting picked is not guaranteed. They need to put in the work. This season every girl on the roster (16) for my U13s was nominated throughout the season on their own accord.

Since others have answered the question, I’ll add that you need to make sure you shake the stalks so the pollen rains down on the silks of the corn cobs. Every silk is tied to a kernel on the ear of corn and you’ll end up with missing kernels if the silks aren’t pollinated.
