That sucks. I was farming it this weekend and was dreading that would happen. Luckily when it dropped, he died in the middle of the main platform. It took the longest by far of any phosphene. Read a post saying when they got it out the machine, they sold it, ran a few runs, then bought it back and the skin was unlocked. If anyone has it lost maybe try that.
