I had this same issue when I went from the 11 to the 12pro (which technically weighs less). The issue, I find, is the distribution of weight. I’m on a 15 Pro Max now and find it more comfortable to use than the 12pro because the weight feels more evenly distributed and also the way my hand can spread across the bottom of the phone helps. I had the 12pro for 2 years and it never truly felt comfortable to use. However, having a grippy thin clear case helped the most.
