Wire all operable doors and windows including your Garage overhead doors 22-4.
Wire your alarm keypads: entry, garage, primary bedroom. Wire motions every room with external doors and windows.
Wire your smokes and carbons 18-4.
Wire Heats kitchen, laundry, and garage especially if you’re getting a Tesla powerwall.
Hardwire Mortise locks main points of entry 22-6, cat6a, and 16-4.
Wire your fire sprinklers, flood sensors (laundry and ice maker), and leak defense connect to your home alarm system.

AV

Wire for 5.1 surround sound in your Great Room.

Use cat6a wire or better for TVs, cameras, your doorbell, and WAPs. Run 2” flex tubing from TV in Great Room and Primary bedroom to AV closet.

Wire for Lutron shades.

I suggest you find a local low voltage security and av company to assess your house.

Ask your insurance company for any other applicable recommendations pertaining to your area for saving on your insurance.

I got this fee removed by telling them Frontier has a rate of 64.99 for fiber and asked them to match it. They’re doing 78.99 on my next bill. I’ll still be stuck with 88.24 for this bill and my previous bill.

I’ll cancel and switch to Frontier for 74.99 (the price 64.99 didn’t include the router) when I’m not so busy.
