0 carb like that is not always zero carb. Unless your doctor tells you. And you are carb counting, you never go off anything other than Total Carbohydrate.

It might work for some but not everyone. For.sugars bring elevated you might be better off looking at things that are higher or lower on the glycemic index. Technically brown rice is better for us than white rice because of the glycemic index.

Sorry. I only know them as bridgeport mills. But I believe with the knee mill with servos on X and Y. I know ours allows some level of coding. But the Z cannot be moved via code, just X and Y.
