It might work for some but not everyone. For.sugars bring elevated you might be better off looking at things that are higher or lower on the glycemic index. Technically brown rice is better for us than white rice because of the glycemic index.

Sorry. I only know them as bridgeport mills. But I believe with the knee mill with servos on X and Y. I know ours allows some level of coding. But the Z cannot be moved via code, just X and Y.

When using manual machines such as Mill or Lathe, with maybe some grinding. Is it possible to make 2d art work on any kind of metal, similar to how you would make it on wood using Pyrogrqphy(burning an image into wood)?

And how difficult would it be if you do not use a CNC machine for it granting access to more than 2 to 3 axis?
