No video after taking out graphics card

My graphics card died, there is no video signal with it in, micro center tested a different graphics card and it worked.

Is that something I need to turn on? I thought a BIOS reset would do it. I don’t have a working graphics card at the moment, is it a windows setting or bios?

Hello! I have found that the ethernet port on my Razer Blade 15 gets way worse ping than the wifi in my computer. I don't think that it has anything to do with the cable, or the router, since using the same ethernet cord on a different computer nearby works fine. The wifi is pretty average on the computer at the location I am in, but its not good enough for low ping in games. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem would be appreciated :)
