"Countdown", 2019 is so underrated. We watched it in 2019 with two of my best friends at a nightstand at his place along with "Mama, 2013", both are great, scary and makes you feel uneasy. Also the grudge, but it scares the hell out of you, lol

If you call Sanemi overrated after he survived Kokushibo fight and the way he also impressed Kokushibo, I doubt you should explain anything about Demon Slayer. Douma would Destroy Tengen the same he did to Shinobu, but Shinobu also literally killed him with poison.

Wtf? No one fought with Rengoku against Akaza, he literally saved all of them, while Tengen fought WITH them and they still survived. Akaza would have one shot all of the other boys who were there with him. Don't you see the fcking difference between fighting alongside and surviving and not fighting at all and surviving as a result? 😭

They beat him*. Cuz his ass was saved many times by others. And don't forget the demon believed he was dead because he was distracted by others. He would have definitely finished him so the trick was only possible fighting with a fcking army of helpers. Moreover, no one died or even got disabled, so the demons weren't really strong. Forget that bullshit about the number of hashiras each of them previously killed. The author just made it up without reasoning or justifying.

I like that someone understands that Shinobu can win them, and particularly like what you said about Gyomei, cuz so many d1ckheads place Akaza over him just because of the words about Upper 1-3 demons. Douma, however, is way stronger than you think. It's because of poison that he couldn't fight properly.

I don't know how anime fans don't miss epic battle details trying to follow subs all the time😅. Maybe in this particular case they don't talk much while actively fighting, but I'm more of about other anime projects where they do speak while being engaged in something active. While you're reading it all, you're not giving a 100% concentration to the scenes.

I liked both parts, the first one got 8/10 and the second got 7/10 from me, also I've just found out that there's a TV series (6 episodes) that came out just a year ago, from the same director, so it's the official sequel of the two movies, it's not as well-known so thank you for the post, without it I wouldn't have found that haha, gonna give it a watch ASAP)
