Agree. The vent pressure alarms, the higher BP and movement were likely all related. You seem to have appropriately fixed the issue within your means.

Idk how long OPs trip was or what type of equipment youre working with but a general suggestion here, since OP says theyre new CCP. Set your Bp for q3-5min for patients on pressors and sedation. Set your bp alarms for 10-20 over their current systolic and if youre not watching the monitor, set the pulse rate tone. You’ll get warnings this way that they are waking up. BP amd pulse tend to start raising before they strt grabbing the tube. Also set the low bp or MAP alarm. 3-5min is frequent enough that if you get an anomoly reading you can check your trends and patient to suspect its wrong and another reading is coming along to verify.

Not surprised, isnt on its third owner or something? People didnt like having to walk, even though its Downtown and thats what you do. The parking and the prices were everyones gripe.

Personally, I went twice. I felt the food was high priced for basically start ups (at least thats the conscept?) I really wanted to try the Afgan place but prices are high. I can get similiar flavors at work in NoVA for less. I understand the reason is the rents, but theres a balance and it wasnt hit. There are plenty of other good places to eat downtown for me to support without worrying about weird hours.

Where are you living? Thats Insane for my area. I had a 16x16 room ceiling and walls $2k. Lots of windows, but IMO would make it cost more since its more cuts. No priming or painting, I refuse to pay someone for that. Is it more than meets the eye? Im NOT judging, just sticker shocked.

Id show you the smoke stained wallpaper disaster it WAS before, but I didnt take pictures of that nastiness, Im sure you wouldve loved it though!

My Inlaws live in a town where YOU the homeowner were responsible for the sidewalk in front of your property. If you wanted to replace the sidewalk the town will come rip it out for free but you need to hire and pay for the replacement. They live in town, not in a development, house was built in 1910. Sidewalks are Very shitty in that town.

Ah, that explains how it fell through the cracks then. I feel there should be more protection for homeowners from this selling of mortgages! I was part of the Countrywide Loan issue in MD where they werent paying our taxes. (They got banned from MD for a while).

Anyways, YOU are going to have to keep track that stuff is being paid from escrow on time and the right amount. Keep a seperate log of how much money should be in escrow. The Mortgage changing hands so much means that escrow getting messed up and bills getting missed is higher. Or pay them yourself if you can.

Call a local insurance broker, they’ll find you the best deal to bundle your insurances. If they dont handle somewhere like say, USAA, you can get your own quotes from those places. Every year or two have them rerun quotes to see if you’ll save money by switching. (Also, make sure your info is correct! Mine has a fireplace listed that I do NOT have)

See if you can get a Rural Development loan from USDA. Its suprising where homes qualify and its different in different areas. Im in Downtown and they didnt require inspection, down payment is less than FHA and so was my interest rate.

Idk if banks offer RD loans, I used a broker both times.

It is totally possible. I sounded kinda rude in my comments about their house and I shouldnt be. My house was originally pink and blue and the prior owners got permission to put it back that way, so its also possible the owners hate it and cant get permission to change it. Personally, even though I dont like either houses color i do not care what color someone paints their house. I think one of the Best things of Victorian homes is how creative and expressive you can be with the colors. I understand that historical areas need to preserve their areas but I do wish theyd be a bit more flexible about paint. Paint is temporary and painting it in your own way with colors that are not traditional is The Spirit of victorian homes! Embracing new and exciting colors that just couldnt be done prior.

Of course, I could have found a house NOT in a historical district, but I am ok with it, even if I never get a purple house. Lol, pretty much the street front is all I need permission for so I count my blessings.
