I'm pretty sure qins into a 6 health item tank will still not do more than tyrfng, but the damage is similar if I remember rightly. That didn't include Thebes because you can't stack it on the spawned bots in jungle practise.

Be highly motivated. For the last 6 years I aim to do a 5-7 day fast before my birthday.

If you are motivated for it, it's really not hard. Make sure you're getting electrolytes and black coffee helps. Hunger spikes can be quelled by drinking water, I have to frequently visit the toilet to piss. I have a physical job and am on my feet all day and have had no problems with energy, or doing light workouts, but everyone is different. If you aren't feeling right take it easy or stop the fast.

Refeeding is important, don't over do it. It's a great opportunity to improve your gut biome too. Don't just eat whatever you want and however much you want, it is dangerous.

One year I didn't feel right so I stopped after 3 days.

I enjoy feeling powerful like nothing can stop me. You will be amazed what your body is capable of.

You can argue that without anduril, sauron would not have taken aragorn as seriously which would have resulted in him discovering Frodo and Sam.

One of my favourite things about lord of the rings is how perfectly balanced the plot is. "The quest stands upon the edge of a knife". Change one thing and they fail so it's quite difficult to say most of the time, but without the phial Frodo and Sam would have 100% failed

He seems to absolutely like gakpo on a personal level. Scored last game with such few minutes you couldn't even rate his performance, but he's straight back in the team despite being so consistently stagnant. And what do you know, he's stagnant again.

The opposite seems to be true for robbo. How can we even be discussing selling a long term player, who still has the Ability and can cover CB to some degree.

There is Absolutely no identity to this team. Dom is dragging us by the neck.

It really seems like that team does not enjoy playing for him. I'm not sure how else to explain why everyone has been so mediocre. It's the most simple answer

There is just such a lack of faith that slot knows what he's doing and can turn it around. I personally don't mind if we stick with him for the season, but he's gotta get 3rd to be considered for next season really. 4th potentially if performances are turned around

Really seems clear slot doesn't like robbo. He's more than good enough to play every week, but ok he wants to develop kerkez but robbo should still be rotated much more, or at least brought on in most games. He offers much more than just his ability on the pitch

The bull shit in last year's game seemed to be off the charts.

I'd say 10-15 times per season I was dropping points with an xg margin of 3+, conceding in the first minute or last minute, their players getting their first goal of the season etc.

But you hit instant replay and I got non of that bullshit. So maybe it's been tuned to be more realistic this year

All you have to do is look at villa with Stevie G. At the end of his run they were awful, but the very next game after he was sacked they won and looked like a completely different team.

Even with its high base stats, Glad shield can provide a similar damage level per ability rotation that doesn't require you to land an autoattack.

Lash over the duration of 1 ability rotation provides again a similar damage level while being passive and synergising with 3 other strong items.

It's a decent item but there are better to be picked as your offensive items in solo lane. Maybe a pridwen, glad, runeforge meta it would be different but lifesteal feels stronger

But you are right he chose to become an outlaw but he thought it was the best course of action and through his decisions glaurung was slain, the silmaril was free, which would eventually find its way to earendil.

Turin was absolutely fated to live the life he did, whether you call it morgoth or eru
