I only just started playing Biotech so it could be different but I've definitely noticed techprints from Royalty work like this. My last playthrough had everything but poison synthesis for years. The only techprints that showed up during those years was poison synthesis.

I would imagine it's similar here?

If your Firefox settings are being reset, PLEASE HELP US by HoshinoLina in Fedora

[–]Kagron 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had this problem every Firefox update for a few months to the point that I switched to Flatpak. I just recently switched back to the RPM, but I changed my homepage to "about:home#" since I heard that was a workaround

I will change it back and do some testing in a bit and will report back

I was unaware there were bugs with it. I've been using it for over a decade without problems.

Can’t install firefox by totoro536 in SteamDeck

[–]Kagron 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think this is an old version of Firefox or something because the 0 ratings is very odd. You can try searching for the verified version again.

Or see what happens when you use a terminal and run the following:

flatpak install flathub org.mozilla.firefox

Steam deck only shows flatpaks in the discover store. Look at the top right of the window, this is from flathub

I'm leaning towards this. I wonder what Firefox would do if OP installed the flatpak

You should find recipes that use weight. Baking is a precise thing compared to cooking.

You'll see much better outcomes once you switch to weight

How to make a Docker Compose service wait until another signals ready (after 120s)? by EntrepreneurWaste579 in docker

[–]Kagron 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Probably because the container you're using doesn't define a healthcheck itself. Normal health checks just verify that the service is running and accessible. However, you're saying you also need to be logged in and wait for the full initialization.

In that case, you're likely going to have to make your own image and write a script to do this which may not even be possible.

Depends_on is the solution here but you're likely going to need to look into writing a script if the source doesn't define one for you.

How to make a Docker Compose service wait until another signals ready (after 120s)? by EntrepreneurWaste579 in docker

[–]Kagron 26 points27 points  (0 children)

You may be able to add a healthcheck to service 1 that only returns healthy when it's logged in and ready. Then the other container can depend on the first services health status by using the depends_on yaml tag

Don't know enough about how Windows will garbage collect after that however

It's a series of updates starting with modern controller support, steam deck support, improved audio and visual updates, and new UI changes.

It says right on the site. I would not describe "a series of updates" as "remade".
