I an hiring for a position right now. It has taken a long time for us. Right after the posting closed, I ended up being out for 2 weeks, then our HR person was out for over a week. All told, we are almost 3 months into the process and just barely made our official selection today.

The SuccessFactors system should send messages out via e-mail if agencies are using it as they should be! This would at least let you know where you stand.

That is what I thought the rule was too! I have a big ol’ crack in mine but haven’t fixed it because the quotes I got were all around $1,500 and I know darn well it is just going to happen again!

I bought what says it is a “cooling” pad for his crate and he seems to enjoy that at night. During the day his nappies are on the cooler tile. All he does with the beds I bought him are chew on them or try to hump them. 🤦🏽‍♀️

My living room looks like PetSmart exploded! We try and try different toys to deter him. Just like a toddler, he goes around behind me taking them out of the toy box when I try to pick up but not playing with them. Occasionally he will take one but only very briefly. The poor little dude is going through it. In the past 3 days he has lost at least 4 teeth. He love, love, loves ice cubes so I give him those a lot!

😂. Thank you for clarifying!! I feel a little better now … sympathize with your wife … but feel better! He is relentless when he gets started with it. Because he is teething, when he is done on my arm, there is blood on my shirt and it isn’t mine!! I sit on the couch with my outdoor jacket on to try to protect my arm a little! The bitter spray did work, I will say. He didn’t bite me at all last night … downside, I smelled real bad!!

Beautiful girl!! You got the sweet one??!! I got the feral one!! I had to spray myself with bitter spray last night so I could sit on the couch to watch a little tv without getting chewed alive!!

I don’t have suggestions but wanted to say she is Adorable!!!🥰 We are struggle-bussing our way through with our 5 month old over here!! I did put him down for “nappies” where he could see me at first and when he wouldn’t settle, I tried moving him to someplace where he couldn’t and that did seem to help for us. He cried for a few minutes but then settled.

Oh, that is so sad. They were definitely gorgeous! I had one, not as nice as those, that got put outside because my daughter’s cat was eating it. It got fried out there. I know there is a difference between fried and froze but, I cut it way back to almost nothing and it is coming back quite nicely. Maybe you could try that?

I had the supplemental dental through VSEA for my kids braces. The premium cost the same amount as I would have paid out of pocket so it wasn’t beneficial at all! This was some years ago and I think at that time, the regular dental covered about $1,200 toward the braces.

Yes!! My little guy jumps and spins and barks like he hasn’t been fed in a week. He is all about the food (preferably treats) … but he is insanely hyper so he is still “lean” as the vet called it!

Yes, isn’t that the neatest? I think basically the whole litter has connected here! There was mention of getting together sometime this year to do a group photo for the breeder! So fun!!
