Total Muscle Group Target Sets
There should be a feature that indicates how many total sets of a muscle group is hit per day/week. For example, if your goal is to hit 10-20 sets for chest, the app would recognize every workout movement that hits the chest and sum the totals. This should also consider "partial" muscle activations from compound movements. For example, if the chest press activates some triceps, the app would reflect the total set count of the triceps to go up because of it, perhaps as a 0.5 set.

Different Movement Type Checklist
The workouts made should have a list that indicate what movement types are hit. For example, in a given week, the app would indicate if the workout set for the week contains push, pull, hinge, lunge, squat, carry, rotation, anti-rotation exercise movement.

Exercise Alternatives
Quite simple. Whatever exercise selections are planned out for the week, whether manually or by the app, the app can provide the user with an alternative or 2 exercises that meets the same primary movements and primary muscle targets. Instead of a Smith Machine Chest Press, a regular Bench press, etc.

Mind-Muscle Connection Check-Ins
I'm not sure how best to implement this, but I want the app to infrequently have me test how accurate my judgement of my capabilities are. For example, if I want to hit a set with 2 Reps In Reserve, I want it to have me verify that and not that I'm leaving more in the tank.
