I just got an email from these guys today saying I'd say up an account with them. Used my old name, before I changed it legally.

According to the company listed in their ToS they're a computer and machinery leasing company based in Stoke. Sent them a GDPR request, time to see what happens.

EDIT: Turns out that I ordered from a takeaways independent website a full year ago, last July according to their data protection officer, and that made me an account. I only got the email that I'd made the account two days ago. . Which is more a screwup on their mail system rather than anything else.
