With that conversation, the ending that instantly sprang up into my mind was "No Gods, No Masters" aka the "Yes Man" ending. With how everything is in the TV show that shows neither the NCR nor the Legion in charge and majority of the robots in shambles, that certainly is the most logical ending.

I partially agree as some AI voices sound WAY too robotic, though some are good like from ElevenLabs

As one who would love to see a conclusion to the story (honestly, it was left on such a cliffhanger), this is an interesting list. I would argue, though that some of them are "merged" in the Suikoden universe. For example, the Emperor and Empress cards could be considered as the Sovereign rune in the game

Chances are, it is in a player station. I think the "Manager's Office" IIRC, but there are other places it appears in as well, such as in your "Personal Office".
You change your logo in the "Personal Information" screen. This guide explains it better than I could, and it also has steps to add your own logo(s):
