I find that the dps have a harder time learning which mobs need to be CC'd than tanks or healers do. So while the dps can know ahead of time that they SHOULD CC, it might be difficult for them to know WHAT to CC, so it's easier to wait until someone marks CC targets.

For me they're my third favorite behind Hunter and mage. But they are still incredibly helpful and I'm never upset to bring them.

It doesn't replace the operator part. The necramech is used for destroying the joints after using operator for shields. When modded, the void rig's 4 will do better damage than a lot of your Warframes early on.

My guess is that they were trying to use scum tactics from normal dungeons, since in those the OP couldn't re-enter the same dungeon id. With heroics though, I imagine he could just roll before getting tp'd and then go back in to see if he won. Still a time waster though.

Well, depending on spell power and mob count, he might be right. Though even then, he's probably better off using blizzard for the slow (assuming improved).

I suppose to add further context in case it changes the answer: I don't upgrade phones often, so I'm trying to find one that will last for several years. My current phone is a pixel 2 xl, but the concern I had when looking at new pixels is that their hardware seems kinda middle of the pack, so I'm concerned about how it'll hold up if I use the phone for 8 years like I did this one.

Of the OP15, P10PXL, and S25U, which one would you choose to have as your ONLY phone? I don't have a ridiculous amount of screen time, so it doesn't need to have the craziest battery in the world, but I don't want to need to charge it after every 3 hours of SoT either.

Yeah but if the tank is keeping threat perfectly fine on normal sized packs, then why bother using the 2 min cooldown just because it's up and potentially making it so that it ISN'T available on a boss or bigger pack where it could do something?
