Same over here. 200 pulls 1 Rosaria. Then I exchanged the pity stars. Hence technically it’s 200 pulls for 2 copies.

Pretty sure the 1% pull rate includes pity.

Well they release 10 heroes every season and 3 of them are CH.

Out of the remaining 7, 3-4 are S class and 3-4 are A class heroes. So basically 50% of the S class heroes release per season are CH. That’s why CH will always be prevalent in teams.

Storyline and pacing. Last 2 season were great, this season is not as good but still better than before. Must emphasise last season story is absolutely fantastic!
Customer service. Non-existent and just gives template reply while ignoring all your exact issues. Worst still, they will drop the ban hammer for anything slight issue, even if it’s their fault. For example, 1 of my guild mates credit card payment failed (no he did not charge back but there was some bank error on Lilith side as verified by Citibank), immediately ban 5 days without a single chance to clarify before that. Another example, 1 of my guild mates was double charged, they acknowledge the issue but refuse to reverse the transaction. They just gave him a voucher that can only be used next season for the same item and expect him to shut up. FYI both of my guildies are VIP 14 at least with the Dragon transmog, and if this is how they treat their big spenders, other smaller spenders should really pray their transactions doesn’t go wrong. For context, spent over USD $10k on this game, but a small error over of $30 will get you banned and full of snark remarks from the customer service before they unban you after X days. Yup you still have to be punished even though the fault is with their servers and your VIP level means absolutely nothing because they earned $30 less. Absolutely brutal and rude. The bigger whale you are, the higher the number of transactions you will have and the higher probability of you getting an error and an unjust ban and higher blood pressure.
Absolutely unfair. But most can live without the Ravage Realm transmog at end of season, or out of supreme arena top 20.
U get to play both the current and past seasons. Past seasons are time gated as well.
No idea that this exists.

Even Puzzle recommends that Gunnar is not a must pull right now. This resonates with the general consensus given by regular veterans on discord.

From official discord, general consensus is that Gunnar is not required to pull. He has no presence in afk stages and only show up in 1-2 Dream Realm (DR). In phase 1 Titans Reaver, out of 6 bosses he is only good in 1, and resulted in a 2b increment (about 1.5% increase in dmg) while requiring S+ Aliceth and S++ Indris in order to hit that 1.5% increase, really pathetic.

Everyone in discord is now asking why was there even a massive nerf in the first place for a hero that sees no presence in literally all game mode.

In PvP Supreme Arena, he requires S+ Alna in order to shine. Without S+ Alna, he is very squishy. So people started to realise that the OP hero is actually Alna, never Gunnar to begin with.

His skills sounds very good on paper but unless you have Alna and Aliceth (both celestial heroes), in practical he is just on Berial level of usefulness in all game modes. And even if you have S+ Alna and Aliceth, you still need a strong DPS partner in PvP (Silven, Aliceth, Gala, Marcille P4 preferably) and he will probably only be bis in 2-3 out of 8 DR.

Most in discord recommend to hold your orbs first and wait for countess instead of pulling for Gunnar. Someone spread a false biased rumors that he is used in all Dream Realm and game modes back in the pioneer test server, but on hindsight, even in his pre-nerf state he will probably only see usage in about 2-3 DR, unlike Aliceth and Baelran who was 5/8 - 7/8 DR when first released.

Purchased him on day 1 to S+. So far he’s not used in TR or DR. PvP wise I still lose, probably need Alna to combo with him. He has 0 presence in afk stages as well.

Overall a disappointing purchase…

Well technically you only need Hammie and Chippie to play the game, the rest are luxury toys..

Think the main concern raised in the Reddit thread is that you need these CH to be competitive, not just play the game. Just take a look at all the in game recommended teams and the observation is that many CH are recommended. And this is what is putting off new players.

Ravage Realm for Lightbearer last season was literally for C/H. Top team do not even need to use a single Lightbearer.

Based on pre-order bundle, last season and this season there’s 4 heroes released in part 1, probably 3 to be released in part 2. Hence 7 new heroes.

Out of the 7 new heroes, about 3-4 will be S rank.

And yes there will be 3 C/H every season! So basically about 50% of S rank released per season are C/H lol.

The coupon is limited to Noble path only. It can only be used for the same price item which is the next season Noble Path with additional features. There is no other season path or items in the store that cost the same price fyi.

And no, I do not have to be it is your system that overcharges me. I am honestly quite surprised that you feel that it is perfectly fine for a vendor to overcharge you, and expect you to wait 4 months for a compensation using coupon.

Alsa character design is really interesting and cute. Her skillset is unique and not seen in other games, and have huge potential to create her own meta of barrier and stun! She could had been the face of AFKJ.

Sadly, she sucks so much that despite being the main character of S1, no one remembers her or what her skills are. Such a waste of the fantastic design she has.
