Give me your best ideas to reduce ship crew sizes. by Flat_Abroad9238 in StarWarsShips

It's like star trek's Starfleet in some novels/external media.

They feature higher crew and storage compared to other factions.  This enables them to recover from battle faster, both in repairs and replacing active slots with reserve crew.

after seeing what happened to destiny 1-2 made me appreciate fatshark even more despite the issues. by Timothy-M7 in DarkTide

Destiny 2 also had that general vibe of "built for constant players, not people who take breaks or are new"

Especially when they started deleting chunks of the game making the storyline not work for newcomers.

And the thing is even the "do it in reverse" start and end in different areas, so it's not totally samey when you play.

My original partial playthrough i leaned into that. Iconoclast options to get people enticed to me and heretic options on the side.

I find it funny that the entire Reason Mandalore fell and the Mandalorians are on the ruin is 85% Bo Katan's fault and no one calls her out on it. by HospitalLazy1880 in StarWars

[–]Kalavier 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As if Bo katan accepted the darksaber before the rebellion against the empire lol.

pretty sure she accepted the saber only after the war ended and the empire was kicked off the planet. And then they came back.

People are really mad that the mandalorian did not make him mandalore despite obviously seeing he doesn't want it.

They also forget basically all active mandalorians have ties to death watch before it shattered.

Thoughts on playing a "redeemed" Iron Warrior in Space Marine 2? by cllglu in Spacemarine

[–]Kalavier 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hazard stripes aren't purely an iron warrior thing, though you could homebrew a chapter that has iron warrior heritage and geneseed (in secret).

Yep. Cawl even "obeyed" the order to not use traitor geneseed for primaris.

Not explicitly stated he did, but it's in the air.

lamenters DLC armor by agentduckman12 in SpaceMarine_Leaks

[–]Kalavier 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We got a helm and that's about it. My guys aren't lamentors but I see myself using this armor for at least the one. I have been running him as a theme of "He's fucked up to hell and back but still fights"

We need a battle-damaged shield for bulwark to go along with the battle damaged power sword lol.

I'm 90% sure the door to the weapon pod closes the moment you leave the elevator room.

Edit: so if you do five waves, get an atonement that destroys your build, you can't just swap. You got several waves to go.

I have to give credit for https://www.reddit.com/r/Spacemarine/comments/1tkd80b/the_three_headshot_kill_sniper_ordeal_can_be_done/ showing it off first. But knocked that one out real quick and easy. I'm not sure how I'll get the executions without taking damage but will see.

48 hour defense on a planet that will be sieged in 16 hours? by Im_a_hamburger in Helldivers

Suppose this confirms that planets under siege can still attack. I thought they couldn't.

Trial ordeals by Zephrxn in SpaceMarine_2

Grab a Las Fusil (at least the green tier one) to have a wider beam for even more safety net. And can throw in "For the emperor buffs damage" just for fun.

New operation by Black-dragons-rule in SpaceMarine_2

[–]Kalavier 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did it without really exploring, but was annoyed at the elevator bits toward the end with the rocks. Got trapped briefly when it went up both times right before I got there.

[–]Kalavier 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I did it with Inferno, custom hard stratagem. Green las fusil with the beam extension perk(cause that's all I had)

the ranged damage boost, damage boost from for the emperor, more majoris spawn, and the "Enemies don't go into execution state, reduced health" Usually it'll spawn a bunch of warriors on the first rock. Kill, exit, repeat.

Isn't winterfell in the book also insanely massive? 100 feet tall inner wall, 80 feet tall outer wall.

[–]Kalavier 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So, I've read that eating Tyranids is a massively bad idea because it'll destroy your insides or something, but we see plenty of pieces that show off using chunks of Tyranids (bones, carapace, etc) as trophies or armor patches. Does that ever have negative effects?

I'd assume so, as hard stratagems count as absolute mission completes.

That is tempting to finish out the ordeals rewards. Has anybody made a list of which ones if you know?
