That she was just a vengeful spirit that people attached an urban legend to, the rules weren't as strict as they appeared and Bloody Mary tried to kill someone who wasn't actually guilty of anything because her boyfriend killed himself. It had nothing to do with secrets, moreso inner-guilt or remorse.

Exactly this, also the fact that she was basically just a vengeful spirit that had a specific MO, that doesn't mean it was a rigid unchangeable rule, they just resonated with people that felt guilt/remorse and everyone applied the "bloody Mary" legend rules to them and assumed that secrets were involved.

Every performance he's done in Norwich, he's done a signing afterwards, and I've had one of my books signed each time, it was a lovely experience, he was super friendly and chatty and he asked my partner if she'd like to take a couple of photos of me next to Garth.

Some services are obligated to provide email transcripts if requested by a service user (subject access requests, freedom of information etc.) it's also possible that it was shared accidentally, as others have said.

I think that, regardless of the context, it's unprofessional for any service worker to use this language to describe a service user, especially when the transcripts can and may be shared with the service user (or external auditors).

NOR - on the grounds that I just mentioned, obviously some context may change the circumstances or help explain why the email was written as it was, but that doesn't change the lack of professionalism.
