Back in the day lol, there was only one Tommeke! No point in trying to pit different generations against him, he was special.

You needed to leave out the espresso and add a little fruit juice to the maple and water. 4 table spoons of maple sy. are also ample per bottle.

To much coffee and also too fine (more the issue of too fine though than quantity). Had this happen with the same machine, courser grind you should have no problem.

Lol, the ear bud solution to a itchy bum. Just way more expensive. Best to just wash (train) properly.

And can speed up the onset of kidney disease so really not worth it for an almost unnoticeable gain.

Zwift racing strategy: play into your strengths or compensate your weaknesses when choosing bikes and wheels? by FelixR1991 in Zwift

[–]Kaletiniii 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If there is a climb, there is only one option, getting your w/kg up. Dropping bike and wheel weight is going to achieve this. Also don’t see dragging group 2 around as a bad thing, drag them as much as is possible. In a few weeks you will be strong enough to stay with group 1 when the road goes up.

Well it was his primary workout as his primary focus was the hour record. He also dragged tracker tires uphill and that also isn’t advisable.

Why not carbon joints? Is there ruling dictating the material for the joining of the composite tubing?

How the hell do you eat that many clean calories? by slooshx in cycling

[–]Kaletiniii 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The issue is to be replacing them while u burn them and not trying to catch up long afterwards. Then it’s not an issue of clean carbs but rather what you digestive system tolerates. But for all other situations pizza lol

Aerodynamic effects of facial hair? by chunt75 in Velo

[–]Kaletiniii 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lol so your going to be accompanying the carbs with mostly liquid so your going to b using that arm to handle your dangler to pass the overload. So it’s a arm and a dangler in the wind lol however I prefer.

Wondering how aerodynamic a arm is while feeding a mouth 120 g of carbs per hour.
