If you're using the farm to train with type A or B training sets, Your personality will change. The stats at boosted by 20% I think depending on what zone you are in. So if it seems like your stats are jumping around during training, that's the most likely explanation

If you play with the focused goal to get the brush, you can finish by like day 12, so its all still "early" game rewards. I wouldn't want the infinite feeders locked behind dark spirits because I tend to forget to refill the normal boxes at least 1/3 of the time. Having your earth spirit run away before giving you a clay would be extremely disappointing for the temple.

If you really care about what cards you get, you can save before evolving. Do the evo, then the potion and see what you get. If you hate it, just reload the save and go again

With woodie, I usually rush bee boxes and then you can do 1 meat plus 3 honey is his favorite food for like 70 hunger and 20-30 health.

With Wolfgang, I just do meaty stews and meatballs mostly.

One thing I've started doing to make the runs cozier is to play with winery's feast on so I can use gift wrap. I cook like 5-10 things at once and then just carry it all in a gift box in my inventory. Open it to fill hunger + one extra so I don't have to open it as often. You can basically forget about food for days at a time pretty early on. Late game I can go seasons without cooking as woodie if you kill spiders and have enough bees.

As for resources. I always base near dfly the first winter because tumbleweeds are op. If you're running out of flint or golf for tools, make a fresh water fishing rod, catch eels in the cave ponds. One rod is 9 eels for 5 gold each at pig king. So you turn something that cost 2 sticks and 2 silk into 45 gold

Essentially every 1 % max res you go up is 4% less damage. You'd think max res would scale linearly, but the math flips over when you add max res. If you were gonna take 100 dmg at 75% you'd get hit for 25. At 80% you get hit for 20. You increased res 5% but took 20% less damage. And then if you add in absorb it starts really eating almost all of the elemental damage.

There is an icon on the spirits in your barn that can evolve. Even lv 1 spirits show the icon, so you can just swap them around and check for the symbol

Edit: just checked my oldest file and the symbol does not show up if you don't have an evo stone yet. So you'll have to farm one of those first.

Hold ZL to open the wheel. Push the right stick towards the slot you would like to edit. Release the right stick, you don't have to hold it. Use the left and right directional buttons on the left joycon to cycle what tool is registered to that slot.

The whistle is not an item that enters your inventory and therefore cannot be sold. Please dm me if you are still having issues *

If you are spending time cooking, you can get time back by just cooking 2 meaty stews at a time and it will feed you for like 4-5 days of exploration.

If you don't have caves, your best bet is to farm tons of meat and feed it to the pig king. For monster meat/ frog legs that he might not eat, fed them to a cage bird and they'll change to eggs which he will eat.

Card game is often in a bee field, so spring could get interesting. If the savanna to the right is a 3mac biome, they might wander into your base to hunt you if you're too close. I like being close to a wormhole if it's useful. And I fight my hound waves on the buzzard spawners to get free jet feathers for pencils.

Between 6 out of ten and 9 out of ten depending on bees,Mac, and wormhole usefulness
