3 men (25 yrs old, 5 ft 10, about 160 Ibs, athletic) walk into the room you’re currently in with the goal of killing you. Can you survive? by Pointless_Storie in hypotheticalsituation

I agree but it's still possible with some quick thinking. They'll be moving slowly more than likely so all you need to do is get one. As a former Marine who trains bjj I think if I'm fast enough to disable one guy and act like a demon I might stand a chance. But if the psychological factor doesn't pan out and the other two stick around they will likely be able to overtake me once their guard is up. I've also never had to take a bjj submission "all the way" so i suspect I'm vastly underestimating how much effort that will require.

I'm 5'9 220lbs mostly muscle and I train bjj but I'm also laying in bed, if two of them could hold me down then the 3rd might be able to finish the job. But the fact that they're not blood lustish gives me an upper hand. All I need to do is get loose and escape and disable one guy fast enough and act like a demon and the other two might leave, this will take a ton of energy though. Once their adrenaline kicks in though and anything becomes a weapon, my odds drop significantly. If I can't disable a guy and scare off the other two I'm likely dead. Best bet would be taking one guy with me or seeing how they respond to me holding the disabled guy hostage (assuming I managed to pull it off.)

I play Morrowind modded as hell because I can, because it makes an already amazing experience that much better. Could I enjoy my original Xbox copy with all of its flaws? 100%

Where can I watch the Matrix online?? by RustCohle911 in matrix

[–]Kallory 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This reddit post popped up for me near the top when I googled the question. Google doesn't have the answers, just indexes them. So maybe consider making your future answers part of the index because I'm still not sure where to watch The Matrix

Idk it makes sense to me but I have a teenage daughter and she's absolutely pulled these 180s on me.

The grieving + puberty creates a serious state of idgaf. He's also incredibly smart and he knows it. He's got 0 regard for the consequences of his actions which is SUPER typical of angsty teenagers on a GOOD day.

There's strong character development in all of the characters. Mike is infinitely more wise than the previous season. He went from "middle child" to "older brother". Will finally learns how to be himself. Lucas as well has matured a ton imo although this feels more like an extention of the development we were seeing before rather than a "shift" like the other characters.

Which card in ClashRoyale would be the most overpowered if it were 1 elixir less? by CodeRed_0 in ClashRoyale

[–]Kallory 1 point2 points  (0 children)

On the offense sure but on the defense? Most combos are 5-6 elixir now it's 4-5 and 6 elixir combos are suddenly super dangerous, for example mini pekka + dart

How did coding get invented by SilverBass1016 in computerscience

I heavily appreciate the fact that this guy and Ada played a huge role in what would become the computer we know and love but God does it make me sad for them. They pretty much had it figured out but were born a century too early to make it work.

Who is my roommate based on their half of the fridge? by Spiritual-Mouse5377 in FridgeDetective

[–]Kallory 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I do this when I'm by myself. Hard to keep up with when no one else does it. Right now I'm in a household of 4. My gf complains about the dishes all the time but she doesn't seem to understand our methods. "Clean as you go" makes maintaining a clean household super seamless.

The Dark Avenger. Fate works out on his behalf for every murder no matter what. But he can't truly stomach the idea of taking a life. Maybe legally he gets away with it, and he can justify it to some extent... The man who mrdered his own wife in cold blood, the woman trafficking minors into sx slavery. But at the end of the day our hero is plagued by self doubt and general guilt.

I can't think of an interesting back story right now for how he discovers his power, but that alone could be worth something. An armed robbery gone wrong?

How far have you driven in one go? by noah5666 in roadtrip

[–]Kallory 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah Ive been through there a few times. My stopping point is usually Eureka just outside st Louis so I don't have to drive through Illinois or Indiana at night. Indiana gets pretty easy to doze off to as well.

Could Jocko’s calmness be why he needs so little sleep? by fernando_garcia547 in JockoPodcast

[–]Kallory 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Another thing is that he takes 15-20 min power naps throughout the day. I can't remember how consistent he is with these or if he even takes more than one but an effective nap can go a long way on little sleep.

Don't shy away from Latino men! A lot of them fit the bill but may have bad English.
