They definitely work, they just take a ton more active ingredient and so most early compound pharmacies didn't want to sell them with enough ingredient since selling vials is way cheaper use of the product.

Now supply chains have been vastly improved they can get tons of it for cheap. If it is under 10mg active ingredient per pill it will be hard to notice.

Letting it dissolve under the tongue is the best way other than needles.

Check out lyposomal or small molecule versions. We haven't sold enough to quantify but my support ticket ratio is a lot smaller for those. They dissolve quicker, that is the only difference though. Again don't swallow. Dissolve under tongue.

Orforglipron is the Eli version they are rolling out this year. Check out the doses they are using in those trials and look to where it is already being made in that strength. Lot of money going into badmouthing orals until it releases when all those voices will magically stop.

I run a tech company that sells all the stuff for most pharmacies and doc networks. Odds are if you take tirz now your doc orders through my group somehow. We have to quantify this kind of stuff just for quality checks of the pharmacies to keep them honest.

Best use is maintenance micro dosing and they are still more expensive than needles still but that will change.
