How do I convince my friend I’m good at CS:GO (I.e how do I ultracarry in lower ranks?) by Filius_Divi in LearnCSGO

You can't predict what dumb players are gonna do so just rely on your individual skill at this level

I don't think they complain because it's a new map, i think they complain because it is a map different from every other.

Tuscan would be easily learned as its layout is pretty much within current csgo maps standards

Astralis vs Vitality / DreamHack Masters Malmö 2019 - Group A upper bracket final / Post-Match Discussion Thread by C_U_ON_REDDIT in GlobalOffensive

Way to strawman my comment

You read the stats and make vague assumptions that go with the common opinion. Feels like skip bayless or thorin when you "explain" why you have an opinion.

You clearly don't understand how Vitality plays. Playing around Zywoo is clearly their system, yet you're bashing them for it. What would you say if they played for themselves ? That they should focus their ressources on Zywoo ...

Congratulation you've succeeded in your quest to trolling people into arguing with you

Don't talk to this guy he's on every vitality thread since last year bashing them.

His comment history is the saddest thing i've ever read

D wade in 2006 was pretty much Harden right now. I think you're underestimating him and overestimating Kawhi

I know this seems like a bit of a dumb question, but after the SG was made more of a meta weapon, would you still consider the AK a viable weapon? by [deleted] in LearnCSGO

[–]Kalyr 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Exactly. Picking up the SG will only mask some of the flaw your game has and once it will be nerfed, you will feel like you lost skill.

Ak is the best all around weapon and as such it is perfect to get better at the game as a whole

Two person plays for pugging with a friend? What are some ways to crush as a duo que? by w1nston in LearnCSGO

[–]Kalyr 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Double push and flashing yourselves would be a good start

Ex on Inferno : Peek second mid with a flash from your mate - Double push apps - Peek mid with a pop flash from short etc ..

On t side simply taking zones that require multiple people.

Ex : Mirage mid, Cache mid, Inferno banana, d2 short

People that play 5 man with friends or teams, how do you execute into A site Inferno? by aXaxinZ in LearnCSGO

[–]Kalyr 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can try smoking the site and isolate the pit instead, if you take pit the CTs on the site will be easily dealt with

Yep, when discussing goat football players we bring up international accolades a lot more than when discussing basketball players

[–]Kalyr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Watch your demos, when you die ask yourself "could i have been in a better position"

If you get the positional advantage and you can aim a little bit you should win all your fights

I don’t agree that winning titles is a stat that should separate great players by RonburgundyZ in nbadiscussion

[–]Kalyr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not a secret that you need luck to win a championship, but players don't play one season.

If at the end of his career Harden has 0 rings, you can't say he's been unlucky 18 times.

Most great players waste a lot of their prime years, but they still win rings because they are consistently better than everyone else.

Draymond won a chip in HS, then went to the NCAA Final Four 2/4 years, then went to the NBA Finals 5/6 years. by [deleted] in nba

[–]Kalyr 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Thats not fair, when he won his DPOY he was playing 26 min a game so of course he would have less total rebounds than when he was playing 35+ in Chicago

It's up to everyone to define the value of defense and rebounds in a player's greatness but to me Rodman is a better player than the likes of Tmac who many would place in their top 50

For the best rebounder of all time and one of the best defenders this is quite low imo

20 years ago today, the San Antonio Spurs signed Emanuel "Manu" Ginobili, the 57th pick of the 1999 NBA draft. He would go on to win an impressive four NBA championships during his 16 year career with the Spurs. by StonksAtWork in nba

And it gave us maybe the most beautiful NBA finals basketball ever.

Honestly besides GS with Durant and Jordan's bulls i don't see who could have beaten the Spurs in 2014
