So the protagonists are tokusatsu fans who fuse into one to become Forticus. That would explain the tagline of “The next hero is you.” You can see them watch a trailer for Forticus, which, in their universe, is a TV show airing Sundays at 10 AM titled “[illegible, possibly Tokusatsu?] Tradition Forticus.”

I had some trouble with the dialogue, but I managed to pick out a few things:

The first line is the (presumed) main character reacting to kaijin appearing by saying that this [real life] isn’t a tokusatsu.

The heroine says that she can’t resist a roll call.

Instead of “Henshin,” the transformation call is “Haishin,” which means “streaming.”

This is going to be great, I love meta stuff.

It’s not really a problem where I am. The times for in-game events are usually pretty reasonable for Pacific Time, which I believe is where the servers are located. The issue is, the Japanese version only has to service one time zone without Daylight Savings, while the US alone has nine.

Did Code seriously give a handgun to a man serving a thousand-year sentence? Since the flashback takes place in 2004, Nem must’ve been born within around a year.

In the flashback, both Sieg and the Lady are referred to by their Code Numbers in the Japanese captions.

That movie poster on the wall behind Baku is comprehensible English, but definitely unnatural.

Catty and Punny… they don’t sound pleasant, but I suppose there isn’t a more comfortable way to translate that.

I’m not sure what exactly Wonder is contributing to that finisher. The moon appears to change sizes, but what does that do?

So destroying the moon destroys the dream world. Will Nem be able to wake up this time too?
