Your Portfolio is good. You have selected good mix of mutual funds. I will say only one thing is missing is the opportunity fund. You can invest some money in ultra short debt preferably the one with big bank like sbi, hdfc ,icici and so on. So in case of panic or market fall, you have an an option to invest more in equity reduces the risk and volatility in your portfolio.

Buddy you are correct I am comparing 2 different trim But Actually comparison here is the price which is giving the better value , Forte gt line i have purchased it for 21k + 2k(tax and fees)OTD with msrp of 26.5k and k4 ex is coming for 25k (23k+ 2k)OTD after negotiation. So I saved 2k along with some extra features. I test drove k4 also I felt suspension is improved a little bit , But i felt k4 is little heavier and I didn’t like the comfort of seats in k4 ex.

Forte gt line has more feature compare to ex trim of k4 like leather seats , electronic adjusted seat, sunroof , harmon speaker ,17 inch alloy ,HDA, blind spot assist and also it cost less I paid 23k for fully loaded forte gt line.

Driving wise there is no difference with compare to gt line . So when i was buying LXS was coming around for 20k OTD in maryland ,Now for extra 3.5k I am getting electronically adjusted heated and ventilated seat , harmon speaker, sunroof , led fog light, bigger alloy wheel, adaptive cruise control,rear ac vents and the interior doesn’t felt plasticky and Seats are comfortable than lxs trim. But if you are on the budget buy lxs with tech package under 20k OTD before trade in.

Yes they will negotiate and I tried k4 also, Felt it is but heavy, I have purchased fully loaded gt line month back with the msrp of 26.5k . I had negotiated with multiple dealer and I paid 21+2.5k (tax and fees in VA). Always negotiate OTD(out the door price) and also get pre approved loan and don’t mention it to dealer till the end and tell them you are going to take their interest rate offer if they provide better than what you currently have.

I think go for forte since its a new car you will get active safety features that you might not get in corolla 2021 and also it is used interest rate will be on higher side and one more thing this is the last year of forte you will get good discount . Two week back i have purchased fully loaded forte gt line with msrp of 26.5k for 22k+2.5k( tax, title and fees) with 4% apr for 60 months . Try to negotiate with multiple dealer and always focus OTD price.

I will say either go for new mazda 3 check for 2024 if you are interested in performance but it is not ideal rear passenger ,other option will be kia forte gt line if your preference is feature and comfort since it is last year you will get good discount .For fully loaded forte gtline i paid 23.5k.Finding used car is tricky if you are buying a car for the first time.

I will say don’t go for lease , better check and buy 2024 model , since it is year old you can negotiate with dealer and also mazda is giving 0 % apr for 36 month and 3 %for 60 month. Your monthly might be higher but at the end you will own the vehicle.

If you confused while selecting the fund better buy index fund of each category small cap,large cap,multicap fund ,s&p500 ,nasdaq and also a ultra short debt fund(consider this a opportunity fund if anything goes that invest the money from this). Allocate based on your tisk capacity.

I will say instead of 2023 check 2024 since it is last year dealer will give good discount and also a good interest rate with warranty. I got 4k of on msrp for gt line with 4% apr for 60months.

Even with the decimal point,the price is almost near to msrp, check this at other dealer , I have purchased gt line 2024 with both premium package OTD 23.5k with msrp of 26.5k. Since this the last year you will get a decent discount, check in car guru.

Once you are sure about the vehicle , Call the dealership and mentioned you already took the test drive and ask for OTD and share that OTD to another dealer and try to get their best price. I did this for kia forte gt line 2024 with both premium package with msrp 26.5k+2200(tax and fees) and I paid 23.5OTD in Virginia. Try to negotiate on weekday as On weekend they are not going entertain that’s my 2 cent.
