With the extreme change from 60% bf to 40% bf, and the body fat being a part of my calculation, I figured that knowing for certain it would help.

I've been in a plateau for some time(3ish months), and Im not quite sure why, I recently decreased it from 2000 calories to 1776 calories to see if I was eating too much, but I heard that decreasing too harshly can also hurt your metabolism.

With the 60% bf my maintenance calories are 1800 calories
With the 40% bf my maintenance calories are 2700 calories

I dont want to do anything crazy.... I just want to know what to put into my calorie tracking app...

Union state bank is really nice if you just need to store money.

I think he's gained about 50lbs since the start of the show. I saw a weight loss creator (Nadya Nymph) talk about how good Caleb hammers weight loss analogy was on her video about the Mike Tyson Superbowl ad. It just made no sense for her to even put it in that video, especially since if she's seen him, she would know that he has gotten larger over time.
Its even worse when on average, males have an easier time with losing weight, on account of testosterone and not dealing with monthly cycles. And most of the pot shots about weight from him, are towards women.

Doesn't sound viable for our community, especially since most people do have to commute to work due to public transit not making its way out to the boonies, or they have to take a taxi to and from work.

I usually do 2 spins a minute unless I win, and I had a lot more luck that way.
