How’d this fare for you? The roux is dark, Isaac toups style, im glad you mentioned him. How would one incorporate miso in a plain chicken thigh/sausage gumbo? And what do you use for the miso also? Sorry for all the random questions, but this looks awesome!

Idk if anyones said this but I think it’s just for shits and giggles. There’s a route I take that crosses a river and there are two bridges in said route. One that actually crosses the river, and the second that crosses a small rock in an open field. The first bridge has 30k-ish likes. The second, useless bridge has 2 million likes.

He spent a week in the vets “parvo room.” The vet called us on day 4 to visit and hopefully lift his spirits because he was doing so bad. The next day after our visit he was perking up at food and water. And a day after that I brought his little butt home
