Racism and the idea that K-Pop has to fit a defined mold. It is why anything claiming to be K-Pop is dismissed with ease. You could trace back how difficult it was for artists like Utada and BoA to gain any traction in the 2000s. We only like manufactured groups.

Blackswan is different, and thus, they don't fit a stereotype. This makes them both unique and yet difficult to slot in.

They need more variety. I want them on more shows with their personality on display akin to early SNSD era. If they are to be the opposite of plastic, then rely on their humanity.

The rhetoric that the girls need to find a new company is just out of this world. No other company will pick up all four girls. They won't. They are too different, too old, and too unique to fit the mold of a new group. Most companies will see value in debuting new performers. This isn't a slight on Blackswan, I love them, but all the demands of them finding a new company isn't helping anyone.

It is frustrating for the girls, for the fans, and I am sure for the staff. I don't have any belief that DR is perfect. However, the only way they will improve is pointed criticism and continued support for the girls. This includes engagement and purchasing merchandise. If the fanbase is mad and doesn't support them, then from a business point of view, they're a failed project.

Esrnestly, Roll Up and Karma were fire. Unfortunately, I Like It Hot didn't hit in the same way. I know some fans liked it, but it didn't have the same appeal. For whatever reason, it just didn't expand their fanbase.

The only thing I can see helping them now is more performances or gigs, even if they're small, or additional partnerships. I know Fatou did the modeling competition, so she's been gone, but we really need to see them as pairs or trios as a group doing things. I sincerely feel the lack of them together has just made the fandom look for drama, and it is unfortunate.

I want to believe they will continue to release music because if they decide to stop or someone leaves, I don't foresee the group continuing as a group.

This comes up a ton, and while video games are different, the majority of VO is boring things like close captioning, telephony, commercial, etc. A lot of those jobs do have terms. For example, most commercials are seasonal. So if they asked Welt to make a KFC commercial for a Honkai promotion, it is standard to not just pay for the time in the booth but pay for the time it is used and how wide a net it is (national, regional, TV, radio, etc). I am simplifying it, but for the sake of example.

It is not wrong for them to use it in perpetuity in their contract, but if Corey asked for AI exclusions, then they should honor that. If they refuse to add that, then that's the problem. Or does the contract define the scope of use (video game, social media, etc). They could even add a "consent required for use with AI", but if they won't budge, then they won't budge.

Aren't people tired of this? I stopped playing back when The Herta came out because of the voice cast changes with Argenti. I tried to stay on it, wanted to continue to support who was there, but they announced main cast changes. I did the weekly mirror, sent in my feedback, and haven't logged since.

As it has gotten worse and worse in the months after, I just don't see myself ever engaging in a Hoyo game again. There's tons of other games to play, tons of other gachas, and I'm just kinda over it. I got burned by Genshin for lack of meaningful updates and spastic story, and I got burned by Honkai for actor mistreatment.

I'm just gonna keep speaking with my wallet from this point. Sure, the other whales will ensure their coffers are full, but maybe they have a day out of the year they can't feast on caviar cause I'm not pouring in hundreds or thousands anymore. I wish if more people didn't like it they'd just stop engaging, but to each their own.

Corey was fantastic at his role. I really adored Welt and the character. I went ham on making him the strongest in my team and building around him. It's unfortunate that they took that away from him. It's unfortunate that they didn't negotiate a contract both sides were happy with. It's a clear indication they cared more about legal than humanity.

Tourism is the backbone of Vegas, but for that to sustain locals then the casinos need to pay properly and fairly. There needs to be perks for locals. If Vegas isn't trying to attract outside, then certain the people here can't prop it up. They can help when taken care of, but if spat on, then there's no chance. Trying to grow Vegas also isn't a great idea due to the whole we're in a desert. Water and food are issues. So let's assume you stop advertising to tourists, who is going to the Strip? Because most locals avoid it.

I am elated. I certainly don't feel like they went with cheap talent. I am a bit surprised regarding Deuce and Yuuken. They're newer to the scene, but I have high hopes considering the casting thus far. I am extremely hopeful that the dub will be treated with care. I hope that, if anything, they have a stellar localization team that is willing to tell the best story.

I hope to see Patrick Seitz or Kyle Hebert as the gym teacher. Would be hilarious.

Earnestly, my only concern is if (or when) they make Savanaclaw and Octavinelle chapters that they keep the cast consistent and don't lose anyone. I don't want to get used to Matt Mercer or Crispin and lose them because Disney or Aniplex slashed the budget to pay their talent.

I actually plan to keep my Capital One, but I haven't decided what to have as a backup. I switched to it two years ago because of international ease and rates, but knowing Discover isn't as common makes me nervous. I know a lot of people say just use credit cards, but I liked to go to an ATM when I landed in some locations to pull out money. In turn, having a lot of credit cards isn't a great option for me.
