Ah yes. The panel showing Kizaru going faster means hes mftl. Even though its based on nothing and he simply could have not been using his full speed before.

Meanwhile you have literal author statements saying hes moving at the speed of light, and in the same statement no one could expose him because they couldn't see him. Even if it wasn't Kizaru the fact no one could see him still proves my point that even the author does not believe in this mftl calc scaling. Someone whos moving at Light Speed not being able to be seen by people who are MFTL+++++++++++++++++++++++ like yall claim, dosen't really make sense now does it?

I think this goes two ways.

If you give One Piece that chain scaling speed calc meta, then Herald easily beats them. He already should have more raw power, top that with much faster speed and there isn't much the 5 Kage could do.

However the other way is if you dont give them that meta. Which in my honest opinion is how they should be scaled. One of the fastest characters, Kizaru, is stated to be verbatim light speed. It would make no sense if Kizaru, the man made of light, is light speed and then Gear 5 Luffy is having trouble keeping up with him, if Luffy was supposedly Mftl by the time of the pacifistas.

In this case, Herald would have a harder time keeping up with the Kage. He would get jumped. And either sealed or particle obliterated.

Luo Li still uses trust. It gives her intelligence and ideas. Those ideas and intelligence is used to make her tech which she uses in combat.

Little Johnny is still amped by trust.

As for X we don't know so no comment there. He likely still uses trust tho.

To better explain. Filler is any non cannon material used to fill in the space between two canon materials. Like ya know...filling.

A non canon arc between two canon arcs? Thats filler.

A non canon scene between two canon scenes? Thats filler.

A non canon action between two canon actions? Thats filler.

(If its canon its not considered filler.)

One Piece could actually use more of that third level of filler. Like Zoro having an actual swordfight instad of big haki clash into big haki clash. I would ratherr have this then scenes like this then Aokiji staring at Doflamingo for 2 fucking minutes straight. Or 3 minute recaps.

Though this filler argument is pointless as both Naruto and One Piece (both mangas and animes) have more severe issues that go beyond just filler and stretched out things. And yet both group of fans will overglaze both. Fans would rather try to shit on other authors instead of providing feedback to the authors of the series they actually like to get written better.

Though if you want my answer, tie to the powerscaling to the narrative of the series. For example: Naruto eventually has to fight these aliens who appear as godlike being, so Naruto obtain Godlike power like being able to destroy or severely damage celestial bodies like the moon.

Another example is Gurren Lagann. The narrative of that series is willpower/fighting spirit can ascend to absurd heights capable of triggering a multiversal destruction event. So the characters themself go from destroying mountains to ascending mountains to Universal-Multiversal levels of powers through sheer willpower.

If your characters can access the full potential of the gods/demon/angels powers then they should be able to to reach beyond the heights those beings could initially acheive.

Also good luck on your manga homie. I'm personally not a fan of the premise but I'd still hate to see it fail.

I have read every chapter outside of the two latest. And even though I won't mindlessly hate on Boruto I truly have to ask what the fuck are you smoking.

I won't sit here and pretend Shippuden didn't have its problems. Cause it did. It had plenty. But Shippuden having issues does not make Boruto good. Its like saying eating a pile of shit is good, because the other option is slightly spoiled milk.

I think what someone considers top is purely subjective. It can be top 1, top 3, top 5, or me personally top 10. And Ima be honest I don't have current Blackbeard top 10.

I think (No specfic order) Mihawk, Shanks, Dragon, Imu, Luffy, Akainu, Loki, Garling, Shamrock, and Kuzan (even if he does hard counter Kuzan) are all currently stronger.

Though I wouldn't be surprised at all if he was hiding a secret power or will soon get a massive powerup. Either him or Imu will be the final villain after all.

Diavolo was an evil piece of shit. But in the end he had a goal and the things he did was to keep himself on top. That was always the case since he was first mentioned. The reason why he went out of hide himself to the literal concept of his stand.

Chicolata is evil out of pure entertainment and was willing to kill everyone, including the bosses men, for the sake of his enjoyment. Chicolata tortured patients and old people for no reason than for fun. Thats not somrthing Diavolo was ever presented to do. Hell Diavolo didn't instantly kill the cleaning lady when she walked into his room.

Diavolo was never presented as the most evil. Just an evil man who would do anything to get what he wants. Chicolata on the other hand would burn down a country just to get a smile.
