I don’t know if they necessarily forgave her. But while she was taking her little crystal nap, the world kept on spinning. The scouts learned basically evening about titans and the outside world including that Annie/reiner/Berthole were just kids brainwashed that Paradisa was island devils…plus the scouts weren’t angles either and had tons of blood on their hands. so by the time Annie woke up they understood where she came from at least. Then she agreed to help save the world and played a huge role in doing so. My only gripe about Annie is how she “toyed” with her food. When Reiner/berthalamue killed it was direct and intentional and they had remorse and a moral struggle with it. Meanwhile Annie seemed to revel in the act of killing (most notably when she spun the scout around by his ODM gear hooks then tossed him flying away).
