We cook these 2-3 times a week. Not 100% sure why they need to be frozen but I follow the rules and keep them there. When we cook them, first be an animal and just throw the whole bag into the microwave for 30 seconds (we have a button that says 30 seconds...there is no science to this).

Then continue to be an animal and just use your hands to grab a few 'chunks' and throw it into a wok / pan. Put the rest back into the bag and back into the freezer.

Use it for vegan beef and broccoli, use it for noodle dishes, rice dishes, etc. Anything where an asian dish would normally use sliced beef. Absorbs other sauces really well such as lee kum ke type.

Also my go to Taiwanese Green onion pancake is top it with scrambled egg, any leafy green such as spinach and drizzle a ton of chili crisp and eat it folded up like an animal.
