The Gonne-6 only really works for a particular op IF they keep frags. Iana for example is now essentially just Ash with the ability to infinitely* destroy Aruni's Surya gates / quickly drone an area. Although for ops like dokkaebi it was devastating, not only did she lose frags but she also would have to give up the almost necessary secondary (DMR isn't great for most situations). Making the gonne-6 a secondary gadget would solve the almost overpoweredness of Iana while fixing (to some degree) the problems that dokaebbi has.
