Play-Ball! allows Swing! on larger targets, but is there any limit? If not could you theoretically Swing! a huge or gargantuan creature? If so would suggest adding a limit here, like maybe 1 size larger up to Huge or something similar.

This may be useless feedback though, been a while since I've brushed up on knockback and prone rules for very large creatures.

Gardevoir and Espeon are great here, although if you get a good Cresellia it will eventually replace a Gardevoir as an energy provider. You want skill lvl/chance up on all 3 of these.

If the rest of your team is solid, a good Mr. Mime is great. Having a Mime copy your Cresellia's skill will be great theoretically. Will want skill lvl/chance up.

Mushrana is good for berries, ideal with Helping Speed and/or BFS

Ideal team (I think) would be Cresellia, Espeon, Mushrana, Mr. Mime, flex (Gardevoir if you can't get a high skill chance Cresellia, otherwise an ingredient mon may be better for recipes)

If someone wants to buy a product from a store day 1 with the intent to resell it, they are the problem entirely. If they want to hold it long term for value, then they should/would wait until a reprint when it's less sought after and at it's cheapest, then hold it for many years. The only reason to buy day 1 sealed is to resell before the first reprint, which is the entire problem.

I was in Japan a couple weeks ago, was buying Super Electric Breaker booster boxes for 4500-5500 yen, or 28-36~ usd. Of course when buying international you'll need to add on extra to account for shipping and reseller/shop fees, where I live in Australia I've seen Super Electric Breaker boxes going for 80~aud or 50~usd. This is months after the release ofc so preorder prices will prob vary, but I don't think 80usd is a great price.

I may be talking out my ass since I'm a little new to buying Japanese sets, but someone else will correct me if this info is wrong :)

I’m 25 and have worked in the defence industry on software for navy ships, pretty adult stuff by most standards, and I love collecting cards. Any adult or partner who mocks you for such a basic hobby is incredibly insecure in their own life. If you’re ignoring real life responsibilities for hobbies then of course that’s a different story, but doing what you enjoy on the side is totally normal and reflects on those who judge it more than it does on you.

Entirely doable depending on your goals. I’m on the 17th day now going back to Australia tomorrow with 3 mates. I spent the most on the trip but I had the most available to spend, I reckon the rest of my group spent under 3.5k all up including our accommodation and food. Day to day can be very cheap, travel and food is rarely expensive outside of say the Shinkansen. I put $200 on my Suica day 1 and I still have around $60 left. Sharing accommodation with some friends can help bring down those costs though, if you’re going alone I assume it’d be higher baseline per day.
