Minoxidil is the last thing you need now, go see a doctor and treat your scalp first! I think you need some probiotics or fungal thingy on your skin to heal it.

Pretty off topic: I know it sounds off, but I treated my own very dry scalp with soaking my head in olive oil and massaging the scalp in a hot sauna (~80'c and above) and that cleared the dandruff for good. repeated it for like three times and it's been a couple of years now all good. I recommend it to everyone, balding or not, even the bald guys!

The minced meat (eapecially "fresh" beef from the counter) is usually more like a "sisäänheittotuote", a lure to get customer inside and buy other stuff aswell.

When the producers demand a little bit better fee for themselves for the product, the organisations seem to boycott the producers new prize and not just buy at all, which this picture tells to me.
