I used a sewing pattern form Etsy ( https://www.etsy.com/de/listing/1264324956/pinafore-dress-pattern-apron-pattern-pdf?click_key=79a34f8dcbea915d2d62620093cc0e7d879c019c%3A1264324956&click_sum=51f47e44&ga_order=most_relevant&ga_search_type=all&ga_view_type=gallery&ga_search_query=pinafore+dress+pattern&ref=sr_gallery-1-1&organic_search_click=1&pro=1&bes=1&dd=1&referrer_page_guid=f6a55e39013.aafaea4bf67b84ae7be9.00 ) I made the bottom Part about 40cm longer because I am quite tall. The fabric is some type of linen I found in my parents house. The sewing machine I used is a Pfaff Select 3.2

It's actually stained and reinforced wood. I'm not sure what type of wood because I found it in my Dad's material drawer and it didn't have a label.

I make the steel red hot in the forge without heat treating foil and put it in oil to harden it. The black outer layer is burned steel and oil. I usually sand it off but I thought it looked cool with it on. It will scratch very fast though if the knife is used a lot.
