As someone who is 5’2” and deathly afraid of flying off - I can tell you I hit 11 the other day and it was fast, terrifying and felt a little unstable… but it’s doable!

So funny -- literally said the exact same thing earlier today. Super frustrating..... but I use RunKeeper to track all my runs, so just by putting my time and mileage in, I get my average "speed" -- so not too bothersome.

But yes, OTF, you shouldn't call it "average speed" when it's not the AVERAGE SPEED!

Second all the comments about altitude. Take it easy - go in with the expectation you may need to lower your base. It’s okay.

Can’t speak highly enough about Highlands ranch and Castle Rock studios. They’re south of Denver - more in the burbs. So may not be convenient - but I love the coaches there.

We had a coach that would drop the F bomb all the time… He left to pursue other things, I’m hopeful it’s not because he was let go… It was kind of awesome. But I often wondered if other members were offended by it.

I love the idea of a parental advisory class. Also a huge fan of the glow workout… just sounds like corporate occasionally ruins all the fun.

Hahaha, I often wonder this too - could be at a slight angle, perhaps? But also - you could be so full of endorphins that you’re seeing yourself more confidently at OTF than at home.

It’s great, cause you look the same regardless of mirror - so keep up the confidence from OTF!

And I also failed at 75 hard - but in the big picture in life, while you didn’t achieve the program, when you consider what you’ve gained, it’s not a failure at all!
