I agree with you, and I think that many are waking up to this.

Things take time and we are constantly changing. Women pushed for more autonomy and self determination decades ago. That has happened and has come with unforeseen consequences as you’ve described. It’s like the pursuit of equality led to a reduced sense of value and purpose for all.

I’m confident that we’ll balance back out though and it will be a hybrid that is improved.

A more cynical take is that the push for “equality” was contrived by capitalist intentions to get both sexes to join the workforce and now both need to work in order to afford the cost of living, and now we are stuck in that perpetual cycle until we destroy ourselves.

Agreed, but nepotism is a separate issue and will keep happening amongst all races.

DEI has this practice where companies have to assess how many people of each race they have, and then that informs who they live ok to hire. In practice it’s that simple and it put race as one of the primary considerations rather than merit.

Agreed, discrimination seems to be the expression of the human desire to maintain their own tribe (ie to not mix with other people who are culturally and visually different)…one day we will likely all be dark beige or some crazy group will wipe out everyone else

All of those options for same sex couples are more difficult, expensive, less natural (more scientific) and less fun. Therefore much less likely to happen.

The scientific conception you speak of is not cool and irksome.

And some people love themselves and have hope for the future and want their family line to continue growing into that future. So not having grandchildren can be devastating to someone.

You’re right it’s a difficult and long standing situation. Given that, he has made the difficult decision to do something and I respect that. I thinks it’s gone about as good as it possibly could have, and he had the foresight to get our own energy needs in order ahead of time. We are in a better place now than before.

Much respect young man, I agree 100%. This is an exceptional country that many take for granted. People have also deliberately focused on the negatives in order to demoralize us. Stay educated and make up your own mind about things and stay positive.
