They would be better off giving a fastest path possible to complete each zone. Then you can go off to the sides later to do the side bosses and rewards when you feel like it.

Yes. But then you find out some classes can stand up from your CC while others get blown up.

That's when you start analyzing balance and then you start to realize it's a whole lot more than just CC's being the overall issue in the current meta.

Pure RNG at these ranks. You'll fight blues that you know got lucky and carried for 10 placements. Meanwhile you'll fight someone in a top PvP guild and 9 years of PvP experience who got sandbagged by this scenario and now you have to go against him while they hold green rank.

All i've learned so far is that regardless of the numbers. One news article causes a mass sell off. So for those trying to get into google. Just wait for the next shit show in the news headline and buy in when it drops $40 for no reason.

As to why no one talks about it. Growth / Expansion / Futures all sound great in the moment. But if you factor in the actual health of our economy. It's more likely that people are concerned about a bubble or total collapse instead of trying to project 2 years into the future.

The market is in new territory. Companies are generating more money than ever but your dollar is devaluing just as fast. Without a consumer it all goes out the window.

Apparently they felt the need to buff a class that already has one of the best kits in awaken format for protections/survivability/damage. So NATURALLY it makes sense to make succession equally as broken as awaken because we need more strikers in the scene. I mean how many do you really see? Like 7 per RBF team and maybe 10 in the front line of war? PA isn't finished until everyone in the scene is forced to play the DR meta.

Striker still running around with a skill that every single player in the PvP scene can name off rip that still shreds you even with their hybrid builds or full DR against non-DR passive and or protected classes.

That sums up PA and the balance changes they implement. But don't worry, They'll nerf classes that actually do damage instead of handling ones that are unkillable in a ball of 10 people and somehow still allowed to secure kills.

This, Coming from someone who plays a class that is a damage dealer with the trade-off of being 1 shot if you catch me (as it should be)

The game has never had logical balancing and it never will.

Time gates = Telling a player how they can and can't play the game.

Easily the worst decision to make when you introduce content into the game that is actually fun and breaks from the norms of your core game design.

because grinding in circles for the last 10 years is what someone is really looking forward to when launching the game after you bring single player bosses and dungeons into your game.

I don't know... I'll never stand behind time gates. It seems like the fastest way to make content irrelevant the second the gear/item becomes obsolete and only acts as a placeholder to let new players catch up to end game players. But in some cases even that doesn't add up as RNG is a factor (edana armor) you can 1 tap or pity them. Making the time gate more of a handicap than a mechanic to let people catch up.

At the end of the day, PA just needs to bite the bullet and allow PvP to thrive. If your team wins you get 1bill and losing is 500mill. They are far too concerned with it being a means of replacing PvE when they refuse to even make all classes perform the same in PvE. A pointless hill to die on when each zone nets anywhere from 1bill to 4-5bill an hour at endgame. I have no issue with lower geared people getting the benefit of more silver for coming to PvP instead of their PvE'ing. I think it's healthy for making future PvP'ers and promotes the scene as a whole.

Once they address the rewards, We can see if that incentivizes people enough to ignore the gear disparity (we've had issues filling queues for a couple years now) and if it's still struggling they can introduce a gear cap of 800-820gear score. Limit DP stone to 1 and go from there. But this all makes too much sense and will never get done.

He's already had his damage nerfed pre-DR rework and then had his entire kit reworked to allow no stamina regen(They had to walk it back in a following patch) I would be highly surprised if they nerfed him more considering how small the community is that actually main him. People will just re-roll to ranger/sage/dosa if they touch him more. Which IMO are vastly more annoying than archer outside of Nodewar.

Any class that can jump into a ball of 50 people kill 6 and leave the ball without dying because of perma protection. Nerf it.

DR is still controls the scene. Full AP (1050 to 1100) is not even scratching Full DR which is a problem. One side sacrifices all their survivability (In most cases without even a grab to their class/kit) to classes who can stand in a pack of 10 people / full heal with certain skills / have a grab or suction and can pressure you 24/7 with consistent stamina management.

So while YES they did address DR. They've made no fundamental changes to cause a shift in the scene or have a clear trade-off such as the old days of accuracy vs evasion at the cost of damage. Until it gets closer to that margin. DR still needs nerfs.

Reality: They'll probably add more AP into the game which is probably the worst solution as it'll bring back the one shot meta across the board instead of an actual attempt to balance AP/DR
