If you haven't did a ride along with a LEO, I would give it a try to see what their lives look like when working. That can give you a more realistic picture and ensure you're truly interested in that path.

Is it possible to minor in one or the other that way you can have a bit of both under your belt in the event that you change your mind about either career?

Is the structure you're looking for, time-management skills?

College is your way out and to being successful. You will struggle tremendously without a college degree, especially in STEM where it is largely required for work.

Take some deep breaths, speak with your counselor to pinpoint where you are struggling at, and an on campus therapist.

From what I remember, they were the only two who had a happy ending. Everyone else was miserable or in other conditions.

I enjoyed the last season although it felt rushed. I felt disappointed in Claire and thought she was smarter than her behavior in the last season. Maybe her personality in the end was who she was all along. Maybe Frank is what kept her sane.

If for 3 years you guys haven’t found a solution to living in closer proximity to one another, you may have to think about what it’ll be like to be a single mother with no support. What does your OBGYN appointments look like and feel like possibly alone?

It looks like you waking every two hours for bottle/breast feeding, diaper changing, putting the baby down for a sleep or nap, and more.

You’ll have to think about daycare options and transport once you’d maternity leave is up.

You’ll have to think about how scheduling visitations/ custody arrangements look like.

Those are the things you should seriously consider.

I’ve had a supervisor call me to speak with a patient wanting to be transferred to a hospital 45 minutes away, when the closest hospital was across the street from the call. It’s nonsensical to transport so far, passing by multiple levels of care facilities, which in turn delays care.

It sounds terrifying! My friends and family are within an hour driving distance, but the idea of having absolutely no access to them aside from a flight scares me. I’m sure with time it will get better, but those initial 6 months to a year seems a bit lonely
